My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received at Toothman Ford in Grafton. We were treated exceptionally well as soon as we walked through the door. Our salesman, Andrew, was great to work with. He answered all our questions, kept us informed through every step of the buying/trading process and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. The finance guy was also very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole process was fairly quick and we felt we got a fair trade-in price. We didn’t spend hours at the dealership buying a car like other places we have been in the past. We would 100% buy from them again!

I was having mechanical issues and took the vehicle to get repaired. They diagnosed the problem and had it in the shop working on it within the hour. They had to order parts which is understandable, yet had it don in less than a week. I will always recommend Toothman Ford in Grafton WV

I walked into Toothman Ford expecting the usual dealership marathon… and somehow Andrew Waters turned it into a 30-minute sprint. I’m not saying Andrew is a superhero… but I’m also not not saying that. I’m pretty sure he saved my dog from a house fire, helped an old lady across the street, and rescued a cat from a tree in between printing my paperwork. No pressure, no games, no “let me talk to my manager” disappearing act, just a genuinely personable guy who knows what he’s doing and respects your time. I went from “just browsing” to “driving off the lot” so fast I’m still processing it. Honestly, I’d buy another car just to see what heroic act he pulls off next. 10/10 recommend! If you’re going to Toothman Ford, ask for Andrew Waters. He’ll probably save your day too.

My experience purchasing a relatively new Ford truck from Toothman Ford started funny enough with me watching one of my favorite fishing shows Fly Rod Chronicles w/ Curtis Fleming. I’ve been watching Curtis for years now, having been an avid Fly Fisherman while serving in the USAF stationed in Cheyenne, WY as a young man. I am now an avid (older) Bass Fisherman & have owned previously 5 Ford Explorers; 3 of them Sportracs that compliment & support my outdoor lifestyle. As noted, watching Curtis’s show and needing to replace my 2010 Sportrac w/ over 155,000 miles, I had seen many times Toothman Ford’s commercials, but more importantly, heard Curtis’s personal recommendation to take advantage of the friendly, professional, & knowledgable staff at Toothman Ford. I live 3.5 hours away in Aldie, VA but figured if they’re good enough for Curtis, then I’ll search their website to see if they have what I am looking for & of course found what I wanted. From the moment starting to chat w/ Molly, their online support Rep., with her patience & diligence in answering all my questions for the better part of 2 weeks, I made the decision to take a Wonderful WV day trip ride to Grafton & test drive the 2024 Ranger STX I was interested in. She also noted for me to connect w/ Gabe when I arrive & he would be able to assist me & answer any other questions I may have. Well, unbeknown to me, Gabe is also an avid Bass Fisherman & has fished w/ Curtis & we connected instantly. Gabe & the whole Staff were total professionals, & provided answers to all my questions. We were able to work together to provide me what I wanted in my new truck to include a very reasonable price & finished the transaction in a record amount of time! Thank you Keith! Of course I became another proud, satisfied customer of Toothman Ford, driving home my 2024 Ranger STX! Thank you Curtis!

I worked with Steven, and he was great! He was honest, respectful of my budget, and he didn't put a lot of pressure on me. I am a nervous buyer, and being pushed too hard always makes me feel like I'm being tricked. Toothman Ford provided fast, transparent service, and they made good offers (per bluebook value) from the start, which in today's auto market is really refreshing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and Steven really went the extra mile in answering all my questions. I would absolutely buy or trade here again.

What a great group of people JR has working for him. Process was easy, smooth flowing from start to finish and wasn't drawn out over the day. Everywhere was having bank computer issues. The Toothman Ford crew was still able to work around it and get what I was asking for in the terms of a monthly payment and found a lender willing to take the loan on. I highly recommend seeing Drew or any of the sales personnel. They are top notch and do their best to work with you and for you during your vehicle buying experience.

This place was amazing!!!! Tyler Stevens jumped in and helped us and we were done in about an hour without out any complications! This car lot is so attentive and everyone is so nice. They asked us if we needed water, kept everyone up to date and were quick to provide for everyone. Also the office building smelled amazing. My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for our soon to be first time driver, and Tyler Stevens was phenomenal to work with. We have bought several cars from various dealerships, and I have never had such a quick and smooth transaction. I went in at 9 AM, took our new Bronco on a test drive, started the paperwork, and was out of there by 10:30. They filled up our gas tank and detailed the car before we left. The transparency of the sale was refreshing, and Tyler was absolutely wonderful to do business with. We plan to purchase many more cars with Toothman Ford.

Helpful, courteous, I drove 3 hours to purchase from this dealership. Due to good online reviews. Variety of cars and fair pricing. No sales pressure to buy a certain vehicle. I was pre approved for financing. Told them which vehicles I was interested in. Test drove them. Picked the one I wanted and purchased it. They did recommend their extended warranty partner over businesses you would find online. Appears to be a good bumper to bumper/power train/ road side assistance/tow/rental extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Also loved that I didn’t have to go to the DMV. They did the paperwork n etc. Got a reg plate n tag. Title n registration card is in the mail. Only complaint I have was I didn’t get copies of some things I signed (car fax, dealer sticker with dealer warranty. But that was partially my fault as they offered to do it but I forgot to ask for the copies. But a phone call should remedy that.

Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
