The Ford F-150, a robust and consistently impressive truck, has been a favorite among drivers in the Grafton area for years. The 2024 model brings forth several exciting updates. Starting with the exterior, you'll notice a subtly reshaped profile with a more pronounced angle across the hood. New lighting elements, enhanced LED headlights, and various wheel and grille styles further enhance its appearance. The 2024 Ford F-150 introduces the Pro Access tailgate, featuring a side hinge for easier bed access while towing. Other exterior features, such as a power tailgate with a step, a tailgate work surface, trailer backup assist, power running boards, two-tone paint, heated side mirrors with power adjustments, a trailer hitch, and wheel options up to 22 inches, remain available across the F-150's trims.
The powertrain options for 2024 have been refined, eliminating the base V6 and diesel engines. The base engine remains a 325-horsepower V6, 2.7-liter gas engine. Unchanged are the 450-horsepower V6, 3.5-liter system and the 400-horsepower V8, 5.0-liter engine. The lineup also introduces a V6 hybrid engine producing 430 horsepower. Select 2024 F-150 trims offer mechanical enhancements like a locking rear differential, an off-road-tuned suspension, various terrain driving modes, and variable steering assist.
The cabin boasts new features, including a head-up display, an enlarged central display screen, and Blue Cruise hands-free driving. The entry-level trim continues to offer lane departure warning, a digital instrument panel, forward collision mitigation, keyless entry, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and a 12-inch display screen with a Sync 4 infotainment system. Higher trims may include remote engine start, dual-zone automatic climate control, massaging front seats, heated seats for both rows, a 360-degree camera, Bang & Olufsen sound system, navigation, heated steering wheel, wireless device charging, AC port outlet, powered pedal adjustments, leather upholstery, rear automatic braking, lane-keeping assistance, and blind-spot warning.
