I came here with my dad on Monday to finalize and pick up a used Ranger Tremor. I have worked in this industry for 7+ years and was completely blown away by the experience. I hated that I had totaled my truck. In 10 years I have never had a problem with it, even after putting over 100,000 miles on it. I have looked at a LOT of cars/trucks in the past two weeks. I had to go back to Toothman Ford...they had the best warranty. I couldn’t find that anywhere else without paying for it!!! I would highly recommend Toothman Ford!!!

Super impressed with the Sales Experience!Not your run-of-the-mill dealership sale.  I was in town for work and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for.  I called to make and appointment as well as confirm vehicle availability.  I ran down there to check it out.  The car was exactly as described.  I forgot my checkbook, but the team was still able to accommodate and hold the vehicle for me with a downpayment.  A couple of back-and-forths with paperwork and checks over mail.  Then I had a special ask for them to hang onto the vehicle as I had to book a vehicle transport company to move it to CA for me.  Of course that experience is always a headache, but the Toothman Team was helpful the whole way!  Between the sporadically bad updates I had from the Logistics companies, to a false alarm, to coincidental vacations, I was losing my mind!  All of the folks up the Sales Manager handled my situation admirably.  Highly recommend.
