I had an excellent experience with the Ford service department while having a recall repair completed on my truck. The process began with an initial inspection, and once it was determined that my truck needed the replacement parts, I was contacted and scheduled for the repair as soon as the parts arrived. Both appointments were scheduled within just a few days of my calls and worked perfectly with my timeframe. On both visits, the service staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Everything was handled promptly, the work being performed was clearly explained, and they took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The waiting area was also clean and very comfortable, which made the experience even better. From scheduling through completion of the repair, the entire process was exceptionally well handled. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my truck back here in the future. I highly recommend this Ford service department to anyone looking for professional, dependable service. Well worth the drive!

Purchased a 2024 f150 truck process was easy. Gave me a very good trade in price and vehical price was below what other dealers asked . Salesman Gavin went beyond what was necessary for the deal. Took 2 trips for me to buy. First time just looking. No pressure so next trip I bought.

Great interaction. We just closed the deal on a used F150. We did almost all of the transaction remotely as I'm in MD and they are in WV. Got the numbers squared and drove out to test drive and sign paperwork. Very smooth process and everyone was professional and helpful. I won't get everyone's name but here are a few. Gavin - awesome job on the sales side. Got us multiple pictures of the undercarriage, helped run numbers and he was my go-to when needed to run a question to ground. He was off today but made sure teams were there to cover for him and they did. Kate and Tyler were also helpful on the sales side taking the initial inquiries. I want to say his name was Donovan, showed options for warranties without pressure, just what were the options and costs. Keith in finance, walked us through the paperwork, explained each document and what it was for. Very thorough and clear. We even had a young man, I didn't get his name who came up and offered coffee and water, he was friendly and fast and went to check on others waiting for help. Overall a great experience and frankly a better experience than most of my experiences with Ford in Maryland. Guess I'm driving to WV for my next Ford.

Amazing people help out locally and supports sick kids. No better place to spend your hard earned money. Andrew was amazing we test drove 3 cars and he found them fast and even knew from us talking the one we finally picked. Great AC why you wait free drinks and food and everyone was super nice. Just drove 3 hours from Gaithersburg, MD to purchase a used F150. Great selection of used trucks. Gabe made the whole experience easy and painless. Gave me a great offer for my trade too. It was a great process of buying a used car. It wasn't detailed yet so when we came back to pick it up they had fixed a broken sway bar that we didn't even realize was broke when we test drove it. That was very nice. Thomas was a great salesman.

From William Lanham, My wife, Sharon, and I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Edge and are extremely happy with our purchase. It provides a smooth, comfortable drive and has plenty of power! It has a sporty look to it also. And, it has most of the "bells and whistles" that you would want. Toothman Ford has a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Drew Waters is one of their salesmen and he did a great job with showing us vehicles and answering all of our questions. He worked hard to put us into a vehicle we would be happy with. He listens to the customer. We also had a great experience with Keith Leach in their finance department. He is very personable and after about 5 minutes with him, you feel like you've known him for years. He also deals with you in a straight forward manner. Very transparent. He presented us with different financing options and let us decide what we wanted to do. No pressure tactics. We thank everyone at Toothman Ford and plan to let others know about the great deal we got!

I just bought my 2026 Ford F150 XLT from toothman ford today through Gavin Asterino. I would 100% recommend Gavin to sell you a vehicle. I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I made multiple trips over the course of about six days while looking at several different trucks and trying to find the right vehicle and the right deal for me. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. A huge part of that experience was my salesman, Jonathan. He was absolutely excellent to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to go over every vehicle I was considering. I looked at around five different trucks, and Jonathan gave me honest information and his opinions about each one based on what he knew about the vehicles. I really appreciated that he wasn’t simply trying to sell me whatever truck was on the lot. He actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me make an informed decision. His knowledge, patience, and straightforward approach made the process much easier, and I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a vehicle. The dealership itself was also very impressive. They have an incredible selection of vehicles and seem to be constantly receiving new inventory. With the volume of vehicles they have available, there were always options for me to look at, which made it much easier to find something that fit what I was looking for. It’s easy to see why they have such a strong reputation as one of West Virginia’s highest-volume dealerships. Another thing that really stood out to me was how efficient the entire process was. My wait times were minimal every time I came in, which meant a lot to me because I don’t have hours to spend sitting around a dealership. Even after I decided on the truck and brought my own financing through my bank, the paperwork process was extremely quick. Corey handled the finance side of the purchase and was just as impressive. He was thorough, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I understood everything before signing. The actual paperwork signing took roughly five minutes, which was probably one of the smoothest dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. Jonathan and Corey both did an outstanding job, and I would absolutely recommend either of them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jonathan especially deserves recognition for the time, patience, knowledge, and honesty he brought to the process. After making multiple trips, looking at several trucks, and taking my time to find the right one, I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying something. I’m very happy with the truck I ended up purchasing and with the experience I had getting it. It was a great process of buying a used car. It wasn't detailed yet so when we came back to pick it up they had fixed a broken sway bar that we didn't even realize was broke when we test drove it. That was very nice. Thomas was a great salesman.

From William Lanham, My wife, Sharon, and I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Edge and are extremely happy with our purchase. It provides a smooth, comfortable drive and has plenty of power! It has a sporty look to it also. And, it has most of the "bells and whistles" that you would want. Toothman Ford has a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Drew Waters is one of their salesmen and he did a great job with showing us vehicles and answering all of our questions. He worked hard to put us into a vehicle we would be happy with. He listens to the customer. We also had a great experience with Keith Leach in their finance department. He is very personable and after about 5 minutes with him, you feel like you've known him for years. He also deals with you in a straight forward manner. Very transparent. He presented us with different financing options and let us decide what we wanted to do. No pressure tactics. We thank everyone at Toothman Ford and plan to let others know about the great deal we got!

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I made multiple trips over the course of about six days while looking at several different trucks and trying to find the right vehicle and the right deal for me. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. A huge part of that experience was my salesman, Jonathan. He was absolutely excellent to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to go over every vehicle I was considering. I looked at around five different trucks, and Jonathan gave me honest information and his opinions about each one based on what he knew about the vehicles. I really appreciated that he wasn’t simply trying to sell me whatever truck was on the lot. He actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me make an informed decision. His knowledge, patience, and straightforward approach made the process much easier, and I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a vehicle. The dealership itself was also very impressive. They have an incredible selection of vehicles and seem to be constantly receiving new inventory. With the volume of vehicles they have available, there were always options for me to look at, which made it much easier to find something that fit what I was looking for. It’s easy to see why they have such a strong reputation as one of West Virginia’s highest-volume dealerships. Another thing that really stood out to me was how efficient the entire process was. My wait times were minimal every time I came in, which meant a lot to me because I don’t have hours to spend sitting around a dealership. Even after I decided on the truck and brought my own financing through my bank, the paperwork process was extremely quick. Corey handled the finance side of the purchase and was just as impressive. He was thorough, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I understood everything before signing. The actual paperwork signing took roughly five minutes, which was probably one of the smoothest dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. Jonathan and Corey both did an outstanding job, and I would absolutely recommend either of them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jonathan especially deserves recognition for the time, patience, knowledge, and honesty he brought to the process. After making multiple trips, looking at several trucks, and taking my time to find the right one, I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying something. I’m very happy with the truck I ended up purchasing and with the experience I had getting it. Great car buying experience. I live on the opposite side of the country so everything was done remotely. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also.
