Jonathon & Cory were knowledgeable answered all of our question. Price was fair and they stayed late to complete the paperwork. We found a couple small issues and they got us into the garage and took care of them right away.

Tyler was our salesman and he was very professional from the beginning. He made our buying experience at Toothman Ford run smooth. Everything was completed for us, prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign papers. Keith in the finance department was also very nice and professional. He took the time to explained every form we signed and answered any questions. Tyler also assisted me with setting up my Ford pass app and sync my phone to the vehicle. Highly recommend these guys!!

Who says buying a vehicle has to suck?? I’ve followed Jonathan on social media for quite a while now. His social media presence alone deserves a 5 star. Wife & I traveled over 2 hours to Grafton from Ohio. We worked through car buying the process the day before completely remotely, brought our trade in, were given an excellent trade in offer, financing was a breeze! Shout out the financing department they are top notch! Facilities were awesome, the amount of inventory is incredible, & the service from the very first second was unmatched. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
