Thomas Peters (Our Salesman) and Keith Leach (Finance) made our buying experience a breeze! We drove about two hours, so that they had everything ready for us when we arrived which was amazing! In and out in about and hour and a half. The only down fall was the truck had a tire that was low when my husband test drove it, we were told it was taken care of before we left. When we were almost home the low pressure light come on. Upon taking it to a local shop we found out the tire had a piece of metal in it with a slow leak. Not saying it couldn’t have happened on the way home, but I feel like it might have been over looked before the sale. But as far as our buying experience everything was great!

So far so good, I have yet to have my truck inspected here in Maryland. I don’t expect any surprises but I also don’t want to assume. The buying experience was a good one and the truck is what I was looking for so that’s why I say so far so good.

Buying your first car can be stressful but he made it a walk in the park, he stayed right in my price range, and was extremely honest! As well as toothman gave me the best price! I hated that I had totaled my truck. In 10 years I have never had a problem with it, even after putting over 100,000 miles on it. I have looked at a LOT of cars/trucks in the past two weeks. I had to go back to Toothman Ford...they had the best warranty. I couldn’t find that anywhere else without paying for it!!! I would highly recommend Toothman Ford!!!

Super impressed with the Sales Experience!Not your run-of-the-mill dealership sale.  I was in town for work and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for.  I called to make and appointment as well as confirm vehicle availability.  I ran down there to check it out.  The car was exactly as described.  I forgot my checkbook, but the team was still able to accommodate and hold the vehicle for me with a downpayment.  A couple of back-and-forths with paperwork and checks over mail.  Then I had a special ask for them to hang onto the vehicle as I had to book a vehicle transport company to move it to CA for me.  Of course that experience is always a headache, but the Toothman Team was helpful the whole way!  Between the sporadically bad updates I had from the Logistics companies, to a false alarm, to coincidental vacations, I was losing my mind!  All of the folks up the Sales Manager handled my situation admirably.  Highly recommend.
