Tyler was our salesman and he was very professional from the beginning. He made our buying experience at Toothman Ford run smooth. Everything was completed for us, prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign papers. Keith in the finance department was also very nice and professional. He took the time to explained every form we signed and answered any questions. Tyler also assisted me with setting up my Ford pass app and sync my phone to the vehicle. Highly recommend these guys!!

Wife & I traveled over 2 hours to Grafton from Ohio. Tyler was our salesman and he was very professional from the beginning. He made our buying experience at Toothman Ford run smooth. Everything was completed for us, prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign papers. Keith in the finance department was also very nice and professional. He took the time to explained every form we signed and answered any questions. Tyler also assisted me with setting up my Ford pass app and sync my phone to the vehicle. Highly recommend these guys!!

Who says buying a vehicle has to suck?? I’ve followed Jonathan on social media for quite a while now. His social media presence alone deserves a 5 star. Wife & I traveled over 2 hours to Grafton from Ohio. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
