"I have worked with a lot of people in this business but Donnie's ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment is second to none,” remarked JR Toothman, Owner. After being recognized for having an impressive reputation, Donnie McMillen was recruited by sales manager, Dan McCollough, in 1998. As an automotive veteran, McMillen describes Toothman Ford as an “honest business environment,” that has given him the necessary tools for long-term, career success.
McMillen, nick-named “Little Buddy,” enjoys the daily challenges of his sales role, including strong, informative communication, and recalls too many proud dealership moments to mention. Outside of the dealership, McMillen enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He credits “years of experience” for his incredible ability to balance a rewarding career with an active, family-oriented lifestyle. McMillen lists his three sons as the highlights of his life.
“Our business continues to change rapidly, yet Donnie adjusts with it to give his customers the best-possible buying experience," continued JR Toothman. "Donnie is literally a sales professional with an emphasis on 'professional', and I'm proud to have him as a valuable member of the Toothman Ford team.”
