Tyler was awesome! I just bought my first car from him today, and the experience was amazing. I was so nervous, but he helped me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. He made sure that everything was perfect about the vehicle and that I was 100% satisfied with costs before any decision was made. He even went out of his way to help me with unexpected insurance hiccups. I didn't feel like "just a sale" to a stranger for a second, it felt like someone I'd known for years was helping me through a new experience. I won't go to anyone else in the future, & will recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Sam Gerkin is one of the best salesmen at Toothman Ford. I have worked with him over the past 15 years and purchased several vehicles and referred many friends and family to him who also have bought vehicles because of Sam. This was my sons purchase of his first car. Sam was very patient with him who had a hard time deciding what to buy. Worked within his budget with no pressure sales. But I do find the process with the call center quite annoying and overkill.

Bought a used F-150 from them a little while back. They were great to work with. Truck was in-stock and priced as advertised. They came in about 10% cheaper than other dealers and I didn't have to play games. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He didn't seem bothered when I kicked the tires. Altogether, I got a good truck at a good price and had a pleasant experience. I'd buy another vehicle from them without hesitation.

Dealing with Toothman Ford in Grafton, WV, was a truly wonderful experience for me. I was in bad need of a vehícle after having to sale my new vehicle when I fell victim to a medical/physical problems. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and efficient. I've bought cars before and it was an all day trip. From beginning to end I think it was only 2 or 3 hours. I already knew what I wanted and Thomas was very quick and helpful. Corey was also really great with explaining all the paperwork and having everything so organized.

I worked with Steven, and he was great! He was honest, respectful of my budget, and he didn't put a lot of pressure on me. I am a nervous buyer, and being pushed too hard always makes me feel like I'm being tricked. Toothman Ford provided fast, transparent service, and they made good offers (per bluebook value) from the start, which in today's auto market is really refreshing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and Steven really went the extra mile in answering all my questions. I would absolutely buy or trade here again.

What a great group of people JR has working for him. Process was easy, smooth flowing from start to finish and wasn't drawn out over the day. Everywhere was having bank computer issues. The Toothman Ford crew was still able to work around it and get what I was asking for in the terms of a monthly payment and found a lender willing to take the loan on. I highly recommend seeing Drew or any of the sales personnel. They are top notch and do their best to work with you and for you during your vehicle buying experience.

Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said!
