Keith Leach does all of your paperwork, and Donnie McMillen is the sales manager. They gave me top dollar for my trade and got me in the Maverick I wanted in less than a day. I will be back.

Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! No wonder everyone trades in their used vehicle for a brand new Ford! Thanks everyone!

I appreciated a straight up out the door price, they were not pushy with any upgrades or additional charges, and answered any questions I had. There was a very minor issue with the vehicle that may have gone unnoticed, but Drew made sure to point it out before I signed off, and Toothman took care of it free of charge. Planning on coming back to Toothman Ford in the future!

Vert good experience. I had to put a deposit on the car I bought till I had funds available,no problems at all with that. Salesman and the finance guy,sorry bad with names lol. Andrew Waters was and is a great salesman. He cares about his clients and this speaks volumes to him as a person and salesman. We need more salesman like him in the business. His heart is in the right place. Very easy process. No hassle and straightforward salesman and dealership. This is my second time buying a used car from Toothman. Bought a 2010 AS IS Ford edge and love it. When I was ready for a third row went back to my new dealership. The car market is crazy but I did my homework and knew what I was getting with a 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum. While there were some issues discovered within the first 30 days, Toothman Ford has stepped up and are taking care of the issues. Remember you have to bring things up and not be disrespectful or cuss at the salesmen or service people. Things can happen. We don't want it to but that is life. When buying a used vehicle things can happen over time its part of ownership. If you have a major issue within the first 30 days that means something was missed. This is were a dealership can shine or fall flat on their face. Toothman has stepped up and are working to resolve the issues and thoroughly make sure all issues are fixed. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I was able to pick up my Explorer today after all the repairs were completed. I did notice a difference in how it drove. While the mismatched tires weren't resolved the major things were. Only issue I would bring to the attention of management is that one of the Service Writers made it a point to state a few times the cost the dealership spent to fix my explorer. It needed either fixed or the loan recalled if there was no profit over the safety issues. The sales team is great but the Service could use some customer service and communication skills for sure. I've worked customer service and have worked as a service writer so I know it better to be kind and honest in the repair business. I even work on my own vehicles once out of warranty except for non warranty items. That's why my 2010 ford edge is still going strong I bought from here.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled my a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
