Jonathan and Andrew were both very helpful in finding what was right for me. Keith was also awesome in the finance department. Zero pressure from any of the staff there and they helped me find what I needed at a good price. The warranty they offer also cant be beat. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new F-150 today. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sam G It was busy but he took the time to quickly help me find the right truck. The price was great and they helped me finance it at a great rate with an additional rebate. Sam took the time to go through all the features of the truck with me and thoroughly answered my questions. I highly recommend Toothman Ford and ask for Sam.

Like l said been going there for almost 20 years . Lost count of vehicles l've bought there. Service them all there. But this last time there is the only time l would have something negative to say. Nothing to say bad about workmanship or anything like that. Just a little disappointed with the communication or lack of . Vehicle was there for a week and was never informed of situation unless l reached out to them . This is not to say l wouldn't go back l will because l've always had great experience just thought management would like to know.

Andrew Waters was and is a great salesman. He cares about his clients and this speaks volumes to him as a person and salesman. We need more salesman like him in the business. His heart is in the right place. Very easy process. No hassle and straightforward salesman and dealership. This is my second time buying a used car from Toothman. Bought a 2010 AS IS Ford edge and love it. When I was ready for a third row went back to my new dealership. The car market is crazy but I did my homework and knew what I was getting with a 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum. While there were some issues discovered within the first 30 days, Toothman Ford has stepped up and are taking care of the issues. Remember you have to bring things up and not be disrespectful or cuss at the salesmen or service people. Things can happen. We don't want it to but that is life. When buying a used vehicle things can happen over time its part of ownership. If you have a major issue within the first 30 days that means something was missed. This is were a dealership can shine or fall flat on their face. Toothman has stepped up and are working to resolve the issues and thoroughly make sure all issues are fixed. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Best Ford Dealership I've ever found nobody's perfect but there getting damn close I live in Waynesburg PA but go here bc they can actually fix my escape everytime big or small & and the best waiting lounge with TV and couches and chairs that are very comfortable.

I went to Toothman Ford today,11/29/25. To look at a Ford explorer I saw on line. We got there around 9:00 am. Was greated by the kindnesses employee she offered coffee until our salesman Stephen Moreland sat down with us. Stephen was very professional and road on our test drive with us explained all the details of the car, with some small chit chat. Excellent salesman very kind. Actually all the salesman and staff were all very kind, and welcoming! Highly recommend if you're looking for used or new vehicles!

Dalton, was very informed on all the trucks I looked at. There was no pressure to buy. As this was my second time at toothman Ford. I was more prepared to buy this trip and Dalton helped me make the right choice. Cory handled the trade in and found me the best possible interest rates. Cory never pressured me to purchase any warranty I didn't want. The longest process was getting insurance.

At Toothman Ford, Grafton, I had the pleasure of working with salesman Andrew Waters. He was courteous, knowledgeable & kind. One of the vehicles I was interested in was not quite ready for a test drive. So, he & I ended up working together over a period of about a week. Andrew made an effort to stay in touch regarding the vehicle. Once the vehicle was ready, I returned to check it out & take it on a test drive. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that day. I think it was a fortunate conclusion for all!! Toothman Ford was recommended to me by a friend that had just purchased a vehicle there recently. They had a very positive experience & so I decided to check them out as well. I had my trade-in vehicle appraised at several different dealerships. Toothman Ford, FAR & AWAY, exceeded any other place regarding the value of my trade-in. Which is one of the many reasons I ultimately decided to do business with them. We shopped around a lot before making a decision but the decision was pretty easy once we stopped at Toothman. Dalton was an excellent salesman and the whole process was super easy. All I wanted was to get a car with decently low mileage and a good warranty and that’s exactly what I got and for a much better price then anywhere else we visited.

I was involved in a car wreck on Tuesday and my car was totaled. I spoke with Austin, the salesman that I had met a couple of months ago and he immediately got the ball rolling. Part came in one week, had to wait 7 weeks for a loaner car, finally got my car in for a new torque converter. Took them five weeks to put it in. The service manager could use a personality transfusion, very dry and impersonal. Car run greats.

Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! No wonder everyone trades in their used vehicle for a brand new Ford! Thanks everyone!

Our salesman, Andrew, was great to work with. He answered all our questions, kept us informed through every step of the buying/trading process and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. The finance guy was also very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole process was fairly quick and we felt we got a fair trade-in price. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
