Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! No wonder everyone trades in their used vehicle for a brand new Ford! Thanks everyone!

Excellent experience, visited dealership, met Andrew and he showed me the truck and we took it for a test ride. Everything was as advertised. Came back two weeks later and all the paperwork was done, so it only took 1 hour for me to get in the truck and head for home. I was also offered an extended warranty which was very reasonable and I have 30 days to make up my mind...no pressure to make up my mind on the spot!

Traded in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma for a 2025 SUV. The dealership was super busy, lots of shoppers and buyers on a Monday! Andrew Waters made everything easy and smooth - From introductions, to my test drive, to the appraiser, to the manager, the owner checking on me to see how I was doing, offering me cold water, and then to finance, EVERY SINGLE team member was kind and helpful to me. Andrew even loaded my new SUV with the tables and corn hole boards I had in the back of my Tacoma from a picnic the day prior. All self-prompted, I never had to even ask. Bought a car from them 3 years ago, was hesitant on the extended Warranty but decided to get it anyway, best choice of my life as my transmission went out but Is getting fixed and all I have to pay for a new one is $100. Can’t go wrong with them. Sam was my specialist and I can vouch 100% for toothman, they did right by me and didn’t offer fluff. (My car is being fixed at a dealership closer to me) but this dealership made sure they took care of me when I was purchasing my vehicle!

I can’t thank the crew at Toothman Ford enough man. They was awesome, from the moment I got out of my old truck on the lot to the day I sign on the line. Respectful, kind, efficient, and very informative about what was on their lot. Down to the nice lady who served me a fresh made cup of coffee and a water cause I don’t like mine piping hot. She’s was so kind to even take a picture of me with my new truck once the speedy financing gentleman got me lined out with the best rates and benefits to go with it. 100% would recommend anyone to toothman!! We had a great experience working with Dalton at Toothman Ford and purchased a new-to-us Subaru Legacy. We called on the way down to make sure it was still available and Dalton was there to greet us when we arrived. He is friendly and fun to talk to, and he was really patient while we went over the whole car in the rain and took it on a couple of test drives. Both times, they found several different vehicles that fit my needs within my budget, let us drive them all to make our choice, and then took care of everything so we could drive our choice home the same day. It's well worth a trip to Grafton to car shop, because for me it's been successful there both trips.

I was just there this memorial Day weekend. I knew what I wanted from browsing the inventory online. I was with my mother, we pulled into the lot and got out and started to walk around and Drew Musgrove met us on the lot immediately. Asked us what we were interested in, and he had the car I wanted pulled up front moments later. Answered all my questions, and probably the friendliest staff I've ever met at ANY business. A lovely woman greeted us and opened the door and had the most amazing homemade cookies for us. My mother really enjoyed her, and we felt very comfortable. Drew was more than knowledgeable, helped us decide to keep the pulse option on the convertible which is a great safety feature. Also helped us to get Gap which is a lifesaver. Overall I couldn't say enough about the effort Greg and the staff put into getting us into what we wanted. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also.
