Keith Leach does all of your paperwork, and Donnie McMillen is the sales manager. They gave me top dollar for my trade and got me in the Maverick I wanted in less than a day. I will be back.

Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! No wonder everyone trades in their used vehicle for a brand new Ford! Thanks everyone!

Customer service was top notch. Was a walk in with no heads up to look at a used Toyota. Everyone from all departments were on top of it and incredibly accommodating. Ive bought many cars and im usually in the dealership waiting all day or even most of the day (6-8 hours) and i was in and out within 3.5 hrs about which was fantastic. When I first walked in, there were three guys who werent working with anyone (seemingly) and they all looked at me but didnt say anything which I thought was funny more than anything but once I just spoke allowed to what I came in for thats when the person who ended up helping me spoke to my request and it went very smoothly from there. I would say if anything for someone to at least say hi to negate any possible awkwardness in that situation. Overall everyone was a true gentleman, i wasn’t hassled what so ever, and i would 100% shop here in the future.

Andrew was great to work with! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are excited about our truck purchase! Edited to say… 2+ weeks of waiting for the truck. They said the oil was replaced but the oil was dark and the oil pan is soft from rust. They were supposed to tighten the spare tire that is just dangling under truck. I’ve asked for the work order of all the work they did on the truck. Still nothing! During the buying process everyone was great. Now I can’t even get a call back from the sales manager! I came here because I’ve heard such good things about Toothman! I’m extremely disappointed! ☹️ I do appreciate Andrew and I know he can only do what he can do as a salesman. I work in the industry and I know all of these things are out in f his control!

Some people like to haggle, I guess it makes them feel like they are getting a good deal. Isn't it better to just know you're getting a good deal when you set foot on the lot? I'm an educated buyer, I usually know the value of the vehicle I want. Toothman Ford consistently has prices under kbb prices. They just keep the prices low, treat you with respect, are fair with their trade-in offers, and play no games. They make money, you save money, everyone wins. The Salesman was a really great young man, I would recommend him to anyone. Ask for Austin.

Austin was the sales representative we worked with and he did an outstanding job of delivering quality in a timely manner. Overall, we spent less than 1.5 hours at the dealership and this included time spent going over the car itself! Toothman Ford also had an outstanding promotion going on for the holidays where you are entered into a give-away for items right there on the showroom floor. It’s great to see a real giveaway happening and not some promotional fluff that no one ever wins. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also.
