Tyler was our salesman and he was very professional from the beginning. He made our buying experience at Toothman Ford run smooth. Everything was completed for us, prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign papers. Keith in the finance department was also very nice and professional. He took the time to explained every form we signed and answered any questions. Part came in one week, had to wait 7 weeks for a loaner car, finally got my car in for a new torque converter. Took them five weeks to put it in. The service manager could use a personality transfusion, very dry and impersonal. Car run greats.

Excellent experience, visited dealership, met Andrew and he showed me the truck and we took it for a test ride. Everything was as advertised. Came back two weeks later and all the paperwork was done, so it only took 1 hour for me to get in the truck and head for home. I was also offered an extended warranty which was very reasonable and I have 30 days to make up my mind...no pressure to make up my mind on the spot!

Andrew Waters made everything easy and smooth - From introductions, to my test drive, to the appraiser, to the manager, the owner checking on me to see how I was doing, offering me cold water, and then to finance, EVERY SINGLE team member was kind and helpful to me. Andrew even loaded my new SUV with the tables and corn hole boards I had in the back of my Tacoma from a picnic the day prior. All self-prompted, I never had to even ask. Bought a car from them 3 years ago, was hesitant on the extended Warranty but decided to get it anyway, best choice of my life as my transmission went out but Is getting fixed and all I have to pay for a new one is $100. Can’t go wrong with them. Sam was my specialist and I can vouch 100% for toothman, they did right by me and didn’t offer fluff. (My car is being fixed at a dealership closer to me) but this dealership made sure they took care of me when I was purchasing my vehicle!

I can’t thank the crew at Toothman Ford enough man. They was awesome, from the moment I got out of my old truck on the lot to the day I sign on the line. Respectful, kind, efficient, and very informative about what was on their lot. Down to the nice lady who served me a fresh made cup of coffee and a water cause I don’t like mine piping hot. She’s was so kind to even take a picture of me with my new truck once the speedy financing gentleman got me lined out with the best rates and benefits to go with it. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
