I had a great experience at Toothman Ford when we were purchasing a new (to us) vehicle! Austin was the sales representative we worked with and he did an outstanding job of delivering quality in a timely manner. Overall, we spent less than 1.5 hours at the dealership and this included time spent going over the car itself! Toothman Ford also had an outstanding promotion going on for the holidays where you are entered into a give-away for items right there on the showroom floor. It’s great to see a real giveaway happening and not some promotional fluff that no one ever wins. Our new car was well prepared and cleaned at delivery, their process was great, and the staff are very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

I came here with my dad on Monday to finalize and pick up a used Ranger Tremor. I have worked in this industry for 7+ years and was completely blown away by the experience. Gabe was incredibly helpful, and Corey in F&I gave a top-notch experience in the office helping us choose the right protection products. Another salesman who was not involved in the deal jumped right in to help and gather up documents before we went into the box. It had been a while since I had been to Toothman, but the months of research showed they had the best selection and price for the hard-to-find vehicle I was interested in. I went just to test drive one of the Ford Mavericks they had on site and ended up purchasing it that day. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was treated like a valued customer. Jonathan immediately greeted me and offered assistance. He was the true model of customer service. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles available and knew the right questions to ask to ensure I would get the perfect vehicle for me. He was professional, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire visit. Donnie was quick to assess and explain the offered deal, and in language that was more like talking to an old friend then being in a negotiation. The longest part of any purchase process, the paperwork, was a complete joy to fill out due to Keith's great knowledge not only of the process, but his ability to understand the human side and their concerns. Thomas Peters (Our Salesman) and Keith Leach (Finance) made our buying experience a breeze! We drove about two hours, so that they had everything ready for us when we arrived which was amazing! In and out in about and hour and a half. The only down fall was the truck had a tire that was low when my husband test drove it, we were told it was taken care of before we left. When we were almost home the low pressure light come on. Upon taking it to a local shop we found out the tire had a piece of metal in it with a slow leak. Not saying it couldn’t have happened on the way home, but I feel like it might have been over looked before the sale. But as far as our buying experience everything was great!

Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! Our salesman, Andrew, was great to work with. He answered all our questions, kept us informed through every step of the buying/trading process and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. The finance guy was also very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole process was fairly quick and we felt we got a fair trade-in price. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
