Jonathan was friendly and personable and connected with me as a person, not just a sale. He was patient while I decided on a few choices and when I had to connect with my insurance for upgrades and verification. Keith made sure I understood every aspect of my loan and the paperwork. Salesman (Tyler Steven’s) was very profession, friendly and knowledgeable. Car buying was very quick and easy. Felt like I got a good deal. I found my truck online and reached out to Toothman Ford for more details. They were extremely accommodating, answered my questions and since I was out of state they Zoomed me so I could see and hear her in real time. The price dropped the day of pick up and they refunded me the difference!

Jonathan was super helpful and very understanding as I test drove multiple cars. Corey explained all the paper work and then jumped in to help Jonathan clean up the car I choose. Also, Frank, (the service guy) who came to me on exit 99 to try and fix whatever broke on the car. They were all so great.

Tyler was awesome! I just bought my first car from him today, and the experience was amazing. I was so nervous, but he helped me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. He made sure that everything was perfect about the vehicle and that I was 100% satisfied with costs before any decision was made. He even went out of his way to help me with unexpected insurance hiccups. I didn't feel like "just a sale" to a stranger for a second, it felt like someone I'd known for years was helping me through a new experience. Sam Gerkin is one of the best salesmen at Toothman Ford. I have worked with him over the past 15 years and purchased several vehicles and referred many friends and family to him who also have bought vehicles because of Sam. This was my sons purchase of his first car. Sam was very patient with him who had a hard time deciding what to buy. Worked within his budget with no pressure sales. But I do find the process with the call center quite annoying and overkill.

Bought a used F-150 from them a little while back. They were great to work with. Truck was in-stock and priced as advertised. They came in about 10% cheaper than other dealers and I didn't have to play games. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He didn't seem bothered when I kicked the tires. Altogether, I got a good truck at a good price and had a pleasant experience. I'd buy another vehicle from them without hesitation.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly and efficient. I've bought cars before and it was an all day trip. From beginning to end I think it was only 2 or 3 hours. Sales staff was wonderful. Jonathan Gilbert was helpful and professional. As we went for a test drive in the Kia another salesman approached me to let me know the car was scheduled to be serviced for a strut. We drove the car regardless and liked it. The car was then repaired with the strut that was already on site. However, after the repair the backup suddenly and unexpectedly went out. Jonathan kept me informed as to the replacement of the camera and I was able to pick up the car within the week. Thanks for great service. This is the third car our family has bought from Toothman and there should be a fourth in the near furture.

I needed a vehicle immediately after I totaled mine a couple of days before in the Blizzard Warning. Jonathon went above and beyond expectations. I thought I was just going to buy a cheap used vehicle because Toothman has a lot of them! Instead, he was able to get me into a brand new Ranger with 19 miles cheaper than any used truck on the lot….amazing! 100,000 mile warranty compared to a used 100,000 miles! Our salesman, Andrew, was great to work with. He answered all our questions, kept us informed through every step of the buying/trading process and was just an all around pleasant person to talk to. The finance guy was also very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole process was fairly quick and we felt we got a fair trade-in price. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
