My husband and I purchased a brand new 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Toothman Ford in Grafton on Friday June 27th. From the moment we walked in the door we had the best service. We had a great experience working with Dalton at Toothman Ford and purchased a new-to-us Subaru Legacy. We called on the way down to make sure it was still available and Dalton was there to greet us when we arrived. He is friendly and fun to talk to, and he was really patient while we went over the whole car in the rain and took it on a couple of test drives. He was very helpful and didn’t pressure us which allowed us to feel comfortable in making the decision to buy the car. We are really happy with it!

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bought a 2022 Bronco sport from Dalton Baldwin and couldn't be happier with the process. All of the workers were very professional and quick, and Dalton was very patient with me while we test drove multiple vehicles. I've bought two cars from Toothman Ford now, and the entire staff really goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Both times, they found several different vehicles that fit my needs within my budget, let us drive them all to make our choice, and then took care of everything so we could drive our choice home the same day. It's well worth a trip to Grafton to car shop, because for me it's been successful there both trips.

I was just there this memorial Day weekend. I knew what I wanted from browsing the inventory online. I was with my mother, we pulled into the lot and got out and started to walk around and Drew Musgrove met us on the lot immediately. Asked us what we were interested in, and he had the car I wanted pulled up front moments later. Answered all my questions, and probably the friendliest staff I've ever met at ANY business. A lovely woman greeted us and opened the door and had the most amazing homemade cookies for us. My mother really enjoyed her, and we felt very comfortable. Drew was more than knowledgeable, helped us decide to keep the pulse option on the convertible which is a great safety feature. Also helped us to get Gap which is a lifesaver. Overall I couldn't say enough about the effort Greg and the staff put into getting us into what we wanted. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Customer service was top notch. Was a walk in with no heads up to look at a used Toyota. Everyone from all departments were on top of it and incredibly accommodating. Ive bought many cars and im usually in the dealership waiting all day or even most of the day (6-8 hours) and i was in and out within 3.5 hrs about which was fantastic. When I first walked in, there were three guys who werent working with anyone (seemingly) and they all looked at me but didnt say anything which I thought was funny more than anything but once I just spoke allowed to what I came in for thats when the person who ended up helping me spoke to my request and it went very smoothly from there. I would say if anything for someone to at least say hi to negate any possible awkwardness in that situation. Overall everyone was a true gentleman, i wasn’t hassled what so ever, and i would 100% shop here in the future.

Andrew was great to work with! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are excited about our truck purchase! Edited to say… 2+ weeks of waiting for the truck. They said the oil was replaced but the oil was dark and the oil pan is soft from rust. They were supposed to tighten the spare tire that is just dangling under truck. I’ve asked for the work order of all the work they did on the truck. Still nothing! During the buying process everyone was great. Now I can’t even get a call back from the sales manager! I came here because I’ve heard such good things about Toothman! I’m extremely disappointed! ☹️ I do appreciate Andrew and I know he can only do what he can do as a salesman. I work in the industry and I know all of these things are out in f his control!

Some people like to haggle, I guess it makes them feel like they are getting a good deal. Isn't it better to just know you're getting a good deal when you set foot on the lot? I'm an educated buyer, I usually know the value of the vehicle I want. Toothman Ford consistently has prices under kbb prices. They just keep the prices low, treat you with respect, are fair with their trade-in offers, and play no games. They make money, you save money, everyone wins. The Salesman was a really great young man, I would recommend him to anyone. Ask for Austin.

I had an excellent experience with the Ford service department while having a recall repair completed on my truck. The process began with an initial inspection, and once it was determined that my truck needed the replacement parts, I was contacted and scheduled for the repair as soon as the parts arrived. Both appointments were scheduled within just a few days of my calls and worked perfectly with my timeframe. On both visits, the service staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Everything was handled promptly, the work being performed was clearly explained, and they took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. The waiting area was also clean and very comfortable, which made the experience even better. From scheduling through completion of the repair, the entire process was exceptionally well handled. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my truck back here in the future. I highly recommend this Ford service department to anyone looking for professional, dependable service. Well worth the drive!

Great interaction. We just closed the deal on a used F150. We did almost all of the transaction remotely as I'm in MD and they are in WV. Got the numbers squared and drove out to test drive and sign paperwork. Very smooth process and everyone was professional and helpful. I won't get everyone's name but here are a few. Gavin - awesome job on the sales side. Got us multiple pictures of the undercarriage, helped run numbers and he was my go-to when needed to run a question to ground. He was off today but made sure teams were there to cover for him and they did. Kate and Tyler were also helpful on the sales side taking the initial inquiries. I want to say his name was Donovan, showed options for warranties without pressure, just what were the options and costs. Keith in finance, walked us through the paperwork, explained each document and what it was for. Very thorough and clear. We even had a young man, I didn't get his name who came up and offered coffee and water, he was friendly and fast and went to check on others waiting for help. Overall a great experience and frankly a better experience than most of my experiences with Ford in Maryland. Guess I'm driving to WV for my next Ford.

It has a sporty look to it also. And, it has most of the "bells and whistles" that you would want. Toothman Ford has a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Drew Waters is one of their salesmen and he did a great job with showing us vehicles and answering all of our questions. He worked hard to put us into a vehicle we would be happy with. He listens to the customer. We also had a great experience with Keith Leach in their finance department. He is very personable and after about 5 minutes with him, you feel like you've known him for years. He also deals with you in a straight forward manner. Very transparent. He presented us with different financing options and let us decide what we wanted to do. No pressure tactics. I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I made multiple trips over the course of about six days while looking at several different trucks and trying to find the right vehicle and the right deal for me. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. A huge part of that experience was my salesman, Jonathan. He was absolutely excellent to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to go over every vehicle I was considering. I looked at around five different trucks, and Jonathan gave me honest information and his opinions about each one based on what he knew about the vehicles. I really appreciated that he wasn’t simply trying to sell me whatever truck was on the lot. He actually listened to what I was looking for and helped me make an informed decision. His knowledge, patience, and straightforward approach made the process much easier, and I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a vehicle. The dealership itself was also very impressive. They have an incredible selection of vehicles and seem to be constantly receiving new inventory. With the volume of vehicles they have available, there were always options for me to look at, which made it much easier to find something that fit what I was looking for. It’s easy to see why they have such a strong reputation as one of West Virginia’s highest-volume dealerships. Another thing that really stood out to me was how efficient the entire process was. My wait times were minimal every time I came in, which meant a lot to me because I don’t have hours to spend sitting around a dealership. Even after I decided on the truck and brought my own financing through my bank, the paperwork process was extremely quick. Corey handled the finance side of the purchase and was just as impressive. He was thorough, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I understood everything before signing. The actual paperwork signing took roughly five minutes, which was probably one of the smoothest dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. Jonathan and Corey both did an outstanding job, and I would absolutely recommend either of them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jonathan especially deserves recognition for the time, patience, knowledge, and honesty he brought to the process. After making multiple trips, looking at several trucks, and taking my time to find the right one, I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying something. I’m very happy with the truck I ended up purchasing and with the experience I had getting it.
