When looking for a vehicle, I need to buy with longevity in mind. Tyler was my salesman and he was super honest and patient. A true gentleman. Keith in financing was amazing, so down to earth and made the process very comfortable, clear and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dynamic duo! Update: service after the sale is also 5 stars. Shout out to AJ and Aaron in the service department (at the direction of Ian). They were so nice and helpful. I'll definitely be using their service department for all my maintenance needs!!

After finding a car my daughter liked we set up a time to see the car using the website it was all very easy. Andrew was great to work with! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We are excited about our truck purchase! Edited to say… 2+ weeks of waiting for the truck. They said the oil was replaced but the oil was dark and the oil pan is soft from rust. They were supposed to tighten the spare tire that is just dangling under truck. I’ve asked for the work order of all the work they did on the truck. Still nothing! During the buying process everyone was great. Now I can’t even get a call back from the sales manager! I came here because I’ve heard such good things about Toothman! I’m extremely disappointed! ☹️ I do appreciate Andrew and I know he can only do what he can do as a salesman. I work in the industry and I know all of these things are out in f his control!

Some people like to haggle, I guess it makes them feel like they are getting a good deal. Isn't it better to just know you're getting a good deal when you set foot on the lot? I'm an educated buyer, I usually know the value of the vehicle I want. Toothman Ford consistently has prices under kbb prices. They just keep the prices low, treat you with respect, are fair with their trade-in offers, and play no games. They make money, you save money, everyone wins. The Salesman was a really great young man, I would recommend him to anyone. Ask for Austin.

I had a great experience at Toothman Ford when we were purchasing a new (to us) vehicle! Austin was the sales representative we worked with and he did an outstanding job of delivering quality in a timely manner. Overall, we spent less than 1.5 hours at the dealership and this included time spent going over the car itself! Toothman Ford also had an outstanding promotion going on for the holidays where you are entered into a give-away for items right there on the showroom floor. It’s great to see a real giveaway happening and not some promotional fluff that no one ever wins. Our new car was well prepared and cleaned at delivery, their process was great, and the staff are very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

I came here with my dad on Monday to finalize and pick up a used Ranger Tremor. I have worked in this industry for 7+ years and was completely blown away by the experience. Gabe was incredibly helpful, and Corey in F&I gave a top-notch experience in the office helping us choose the right protection products. Another salesman who was not involved in the deal jumped right in to help and gather up documents before we went into the box. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also. As I said to them when I left "Y'all are welcome are at my camp fire anytime", appreciate ya for everything.
