We went in to toothman ford today, not very hopeful with how things were going to end up. When we walked in we were greeted by andrew a sales rep he was very friendly and worked with us on what was best for us and what we could afford. I came here with my dad on Monday to finalize and pick up a used Ranger Tremor. I have worked in this industry for 7+ years and was completely blown away by the experience. Gabe was incredibly helpful, and Corey in F&I gave a top-notch experience in the office helping us choose the right protection products. Another salesman who was not involved in the deal jumped right in to help and gather up documents before we went into the box. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. I really don't like the process of auto purchases but they made me comfortable and I actually enjoyed it. It had been a while since I had been to Toothman, but the months of research showed they had the best selection and price for the hard-to-find vehicle I was interested in. I went just to test drive one of the Ford Mavericks they had on site and ended up purchasing it that day. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was treated like a valued customer. Jonathan immediately greeted me and offered assistance. He was the true model of customer service. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles available and knew the right questions to ask to ensure I would get the perfect vehicle for me. He was professional, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire visit. Donnie was quick to assess and explain the offered deal, and in language that was more like talking to an old friend then being in a negotiation. The longest part of any purchase process, the paperwork, was a complete joy to fill out due to Keith's great knowledge not only of the process, but his ability to understand the human side and their concerns. I would recommend Toothman Ford to anyone that wants to find a good deal and be treated like a valued customer, no matter the price range of which you have to spend. Thomas Peters (Our Salesman) and Keith Leach (Finance) made our buying experience a breeze! We drove about two hours, so that they had everything ready for us when we arrived which was amazing! In and out in about and hour and a half. The only down fall was the truck had a tire that was low when my husband test drove it, we were told it was taken care of before we left. When we were almost home the low pressure light come on. Upon taking it to a local shop we found out the tire had a piece of metal in it with a slow leak. Not saying it couldn’t have happened on the way home, but I feel like it might have been over looked before the sale. But as far as our buying experience everything was great!

Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also.
