Tyler was our salesman and he was very professional from the beginning. He made our buying experience at Toothman Ford run smooth. Everything was completed for us, prior to our arrival. All we had to do was sign papers. Keith in the finance department was also very nice and professional. He took the time to explained every form we signed and answered any questions. Tyler also assisted me with setting up my Ford pass app and sync my phone to the vehicle. Highly recommend these guys!!

Who says buying a vehicle has to suck?? I’ve followed Jonathan on social media for quite a while now. His social media presence alone deserves a 5 star. Wife & I traveled over 2 hours to Grafton from Ohio. We worked through car buying the process the day before completely remotely, brought our trade in, were given an excellent trade in offer, financing was a breeze! Shout out the financing department they are top notch! Facilities were awesome, the amount of inventory is incredible, & the service from the very first second was unmatched. Tyler was awesome! I just bought my first car from him today, and the experience was amazing. I was so nervous, but he helped me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. He made sure that everything was perfect about the vehicle and that I was 100% satisfied with costs before any decision was made. He even went out of his way to help me with unexpected insurance hiccups. Sam Gerkin is one of the best salesmen at Toothman Ford. I have worked with him over the past 15 years and purchased several vehicles and referred many friends and family to him who also have bought vehicles because of Sam. This was my sons purchase of his first car. Sam was very patient with him who had a hard time deciding what to buy. Worked within his budget with no pressure sales. But I do find the process with the call center quite annoying and overkill.

Bought a used F-150 from them a little while back. They were great to work with. Truck was in-stock and priced as advertised. They came in about 10% cheaper than other dealers and I didn't have to play games. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He didn't seem bothered when I kicked the tires. Altogether, I got a good truck at a good price and had a pleasant experience. I'd buy another vehicle from them without hesitation.

Dealing with Toothman Ford in Grafton, WV, was a truly wonderful experience for me. I was in bad need of a vehícle after having to sale my new vehicle when I fell victim to a medical/physical problems. It has been six months since that happened and am now able to return to work with limitations, and go to appointment related the issue, but I needed a vehicle to be able to independently go about, where as my family members and friends had been transporting me, whíle I was down and recovering. I worked with Steven, and he was great! He was honest, respectful of my budget, and he didn't put a lot of pressure on me. I am a nervous buyer, and being pushed too hard always makes me feel like I'm being tricked. Toothman Ford provided fast, transparent service, and they made good offers (per bluebook value) from the start, which in today's auto market is really refreshing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and Steven really went the extra mile in answering all my questions. I would absolutely buy or trade here again.

What a great group of people JR has working for him. Process was easy, smooth flowing from start to finish and wasn't drawn out over the day. Everywhere was having bank computer issues. The Toothman Ford crew was still able to work around it and get what I was asking for in the terms of a monthly payment and found a lender willing to take the loan on. I highly recommend seeing Drew or any of the sales personnel. They are top notch and do their best to work with you and for you during your vehicle buying experience.

This place was amazing!!!! Tyler Stevens jumped in and helped us and we were done in about an hour without out any complications! This car lot is so attentive and everyone is so nice. Let me start by saying Toothman Ford, what a great bunch of people! They we're all polite and great! I from Indiana drove 7hrs to get one h%ll of a deal. We worked it all out over the phone, pic of truck an all. Tyler and Kieth are just a great couple of guys, hard working no b%ll $h#t, when I got there the truck was what they had said! (Truck was used '09Chevy)No hidden flaws, no lying,all was as they said. Saved a good deal of money, because of those two men! Thanks again guys. Corey got me in and out fast for the paper work also.
